Booth Specifications
Sellers may choose from one (1) of two (2) Standard Booth options:
1. Shell Scheme (9sqm Booth)
- 3m x 3m booth space
- 1 (one) fascia name
- Wall panels
- 1 (one) table
- 2 (two) chairs
- 2 (two) lamps
- 1 (one) electric plug
- 1 (one) wastebasket
2. Raw Space
- Sellers are welcome to appoint your own contractors to design & build the exhibition stand. This is however subject to the organiser’s approval.
Cancellation, Substitution & Refund
The Organiser reserves the right at all times, without the Seller having the right to seek for compensation, to:
- change the dates of TRAVEX;
- cancel TRAVEX due to any cause whatsoever including but not limited to any cause pursuant to Clause 19 below.
No application can be cancelled or altered unilaterally by the Seller. The Organiser may comply with a request to cancel the application subject to the condition that the Seller pays a compensation for cancellation.
The ATF 2025 TRAVEX Secretariat must be notified in writing by email, letter or facsimile of any cancellation or delegate substitution.
The amount of compensation will depend on the time of cancellation and will be calculated at a percentage of the total space or booth rental and registration fees payable in accordance with the following schedule:
Cancellation Notice Submission Periods
- Early Bird Period

- Cancellation Notice received on or before <early bird date>, an administrative fee of US$XXX will be charged by the organiser for the cancellation of each TRAVEX booth.
- Cancellation Notice received after <early bird date>, 100% of the invoiced amount will be charged by the organiser for the cancellation of TRAVEX booths.
- Normal Reservation Period

- Cancellation Notice received on or before <normal reservation date>, an administrative fee of US$XXXX will be charged by the organiser for the cancellation of each Full Delegate/Co-Delegate Pass.
- Cancellation Notice received after <normal reservation date>, cancellation of any Full Delegate and/or Co-Delegate Pass will be charged the full amount of the respective badge price by the organiser.
Refunds, Substitution & Lost Badges:
- All refunds will only be remitted after the close of ATF 2025 ie. 25 January 2025.
- An administrative fee of US$60 will be charged for every substitution made for a Full Delegate or Co-Delegate if notification is received after <date>.
- Lost badges will only be replaced upon payment of an administrative fee of US$XX.
